REMEDIAL POLICY

Per MVA regulations, a student must score 80% or higher on their final Behind-The-Wheel hour. When a student fails to meet this requirement, a remedial hour must be purchased in order to be retested. The price for a remedial hour is as follows:

1 hour – $56.67

We strongly advise all students to train as much as possible (at least 60 hours for anyone 25 and under, and 14 hours for anyone 25 and over) to avoid this inconvenience. Please note that the 6 hours of Behind-The-Wheel training provided by any driving school are strictly intended to refine driving skills and evaluate the student during the final hour of instruction.

REFUND POLICY

A written notification of withdrawal is required for any refund to be processed. Students who withdraw from the program will receive the following prorated refund.
Withdrawal prior to the start of the course: Full refund (100%) minus any processing fees incurred if payment was made by credit or debit card.
Withdrawal after the course has started: The student will receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion that has already been paid to worth the tuition.
15% of classroom instruction: $60.00 for the 30 classroom hours (or $2 per hour). class not received.
85% of Behind-The-Wheel instruction: $340.00 for the 6 driving hours (or approximately $56.67 per hour). Class not received
The MVA requires this course to be completed within 18 weeks of the start date. Unless prior arrangement are made.
All refunds will be processed and mailed within 15 days of receiving the written withdrawal notice. Refunds will be issued via company check under the student’s name. If the student is under 18 years of age, the refund will be issued in the name of the parent or guardian.
